for General Participants & Student Participants
will be accepted until September 20. (Registration for Speakers is closed) Registration for the International Samuel Beckett Symposium in Tokyo 2006 must be completed via the online JTB registration system. Registration starts on the 26th of July. The Symposium registration fee for speakers will cover tea breaks, lunches for three days\ from September 29 to October 1\and a Congress kit that includes a symposium programme . The registration fee will differ based on your status: <Registration fee> • Speakers: 20,000 yen. (Includes teas & lunches for 3 days, a programme and a Congress kit) • Student Speakers: 15,000 yen. (Includes teas & lunches for 3 days, a programme and a Congress kit) • General Participants: 2,000 yen (Includes teas for 3 days and a programme) • Student participants: free of charge (A timetable for the day is available) The online JTB registration system will also accept the following options: [Options] 1. Booking for your accommodations (JTB). 2. Booking for the Banquet Date: 19:00-21:00 on Saturday 30th Sep Venue: Waseda University International Conference Center 3rd Floor (Speakers: 2,000 YEN / Participants: 5,000 YEN) 3. Booking for a performance of the play: Endgame by Samuel Beckett Language: Japanese (with no subtitles of English/French) Date: 19:00-21:00 on Friday 29th Sep Venue: Theatre Tram (Setagaya Public Theatre) (General: 5,000 YEN / Students: 2,500 YEN) Directed by Makoto Sato, translated by Minako Okamuro, and performed by Akira Emoto, Tezuka Toru, Noboru Mitani, and Misako Watanebe. 4. Booking for the Farewell Party Date: 20:00-22:00 on Sunday 1st Oct Venue: Japanese style pub gNAMAHAGEh (Roppongi) (7,500 yen including the transportation fee) *This Farewell Party is only for speakers and their companions.
